We will take advantage of nice days around here...especially in April, because you really never know how the weather will be that month. I love that Clarence has many town parks, so Colin and I have been testing them out!

The Tent.
Colin went through a little phase where he wanted to eat, watch TV and sleep in his tent. Boys will be boys!

Hockey and Sleepover.
We met Jim, Laura and Jordan at the Amerks game, and then had a sleepover at their house! The boys had a blast at the game, and it's always nice for Kev and I to hang out with Jim and Laura. It is so awesome to see Jordan and Colin play together, and get along so well. They really are good little buddies!
Two little Batmans in the morning.
Playing outside!
Beating up Kevin

Little Helper.
Colin likes to help with pretty much everything. Which can be a good, and a bad thing. But, I let him help as much as possible, because hey, he's learning! Every once in a while we make THESE yummy banana chocolate chip muffins. Colin has fun making them, and we both have fun eating them!

Hoppy Easter!
This year, we had Grandpa Jim, Uncle Tim, Aunt Margaret, and the Archers over to OUR house! It was so nice to finally host a holiday! The kids had fun hunting for eggs in our backyard.
On Easter morn, Colin had his empty Easter basket waiting outside his bedroom door. He looked around the house to see what treats the bunny had left him.
After church, we hippity-hopped over to Grandma Patty's to say hello, and the lucky cousins had another hunt! Carrie snapped a few pics of the kids on the lawn. One of these days they will all look at the camera and smile!
Then, we headed over my Grandparents house for dinner. These are the kind of things that happen at the dinner table!

An Irish Birthday.
My Grandma's birthday is on St. Patrick's Day! This year my family got together to celebrate her 90th. Such a special day!
Look what the leprechaun left for Colin! He boycotted the idea of green milk and green scrambled eggs though.
Happy birthday to you, Grandma O'Millie!

To Oz? To Oz!
The Wizard of Oz exhibit came to the Strong Museum! The Strong is such a great place to explore, and as a bonus, I got to teach Colin about a classic movie!
I think the Superhero exhibit was his favorite.
The Sesame Street steps.
The butterfly garden.
One landed on Grandma Donna!
We saw a little live performance.
Shopping at Wegmans. The bakery is always busy!
I thought is was interesting that he bought 2 cans of beans, a lemon, ice cream, peanut butter and jelly.
That night we went and bought the Wizard of Oz DVD, since my parents only copy was on a Beta tape! Colin loved it, and wasn't scared of the witch at all...can't say the same for me when I was little!

Disney on Ice: Treasure Trove.
We went to see our first Disney on Ice show! Colin was most excited about seeing Captain Hook. Of course, my camera battery died only a few pictures in.
